Milestone & Building Recertification Coordination
A technical report is the start of a decision process. We help your board organize the inspection, understand the findings and move the required actions forward.
Discuss your propertyAn inspection notice arrived. What happens next?
Records are incomplete. Residents need access notices. The board needs to understand which findings require an engineer’s decision, what must be repaired and how to plan the work.
How HAEZ helps
- Review available notices, prior reports and building records with the responsible licensed professional.
- Coordinate proposals, access, document collection and inspection logistics.
- Track Phase 1 findings and any further investigation directed by the licensed professional.
- Translate the report’s recommendations into a board action register, with responsibilities and next steps.
A defined path forward
- 01Confirm the notice and records
- 02Coordinate the licensed inspection team
- 03Track findings and further investigation
- 04Plan repairs and next decisions
Milestone inspections and signed or sealed reports are performed by appropriately licensed Florida engineers or architects. Building age, applicability, local recertification requirements and deadlines must be verified for the specific property. A milestone inspection is not a Structural Integrity Reserve Study (SIRS).
Before you engage us
Does every HOA need a 30-year report?
No. The applicable program depends on the property, ownership structure, building characteristics and jurisdiction. We coordinate verification of the requirements before defining the engagement.
Can you help after the report is issued?
Yes. We can organize the findings, coordinate repair-scope development with the engineer and manage the bid and execution process under a separate agreed scope.
